Aluminum Composite Panel Production Line
Aludream operates a professional Aluminum Composite Panel production line to support stable panel manufacturing and bulk order supply. The production process covers material preparation, panel lamination, cutting, surface protection, and finished panel handling. With controlled production procedures and experienced operation teams, we are able to provide Aluminum Composite Panel with good flatness, consistent thickness, smooth surface quality, and reliable performance for facade, signage, interior decoration, and project-based applications.
Coating & Color Finish
Aludream supports a wide range of coating systems and surface finishes for different Aluminum Composite Panel applications. Options include solid colors, metallic finishes, mirror finishes, brushed finishes, wooden patterns, and customized RAL or Pantone colors. For exterior facade projects, PVDF coating is available to provide better weather resistance, color stability, and long-term outdoor performance. For interior decoration, signage, and general applications, PE coating and decorative finishes can also be supplied according to project requirements.
Raw Materials & Panel Storage
Aludream manages raw materials and finished panel storage to support stable Aluminum Composite Panel production and timely delivery. Aluminum coils, core materials, and finished panels are stored and handled according to order requirements, helping ensure smooth production planning and reliable project supply. This storage system allows us to respond to standard orders, customized colors, project specifications, and bulk shipment needs more efficiently.
Packing & Container Loading
Aludream provides export-oriented packing and container loading support for international Aluminum Composite Panel orders. Panels are packed with protective film, wooden pallets, corner protection, and suitable wrapping methods according to order requirements and transportation conditions. For bulk orders and project shipments, we arrange packing and loading carefully to help reduce transportation damage, improve loading efficiency, and make the panels ready for overseas delivery.
