We manufacture three fire-rated grades: B1 (flame retardant with PE core + fire retardant additives), A2 (limited combustibility with 70% mineral core), and A1 (non-combustible with 90%+ mineral core). All grades are tested per EN 13501-1, ASTM E84, and GB8624 standards. Certificates from SGS and Intertek are available.

A2 grade is most popular for high-rise facades in USA, UK, and Australia markets.

Quality control includes: ISO 9001:2015 certified processes, incoming raw material inspection, in-line quality checks every 500 sqm, color consistency monitoring with spectrophotometer, peel strength and coating thickness testing, and final pre-shipment inspection reports. PVDF (Kynar 500/Hylar 5000) offers superior UV resistance, 20-25 year color retention, self-cleaning properties, and chemical resistance - ideal for exterior facades. PE coating is economical for interior applications and temporary structures with 5-8 year outdoor life. PVDF costs 30-40% more but provides 3x longer service life.
